How to travel... keep... serve... & store!
Pick up and carry cake box from the bottom ONLY! Never from top or sides.
Keep cake level at all times during transport, storage, and display.
Place cake in airconditioned vehicle. Drive with care avoiding potholes and sudden stops.
Store cake in box in fridge and keep away from direct sunlight/moisture/heat.
Take cake out to display 1-2 hours before serving
Use sturdy table/cake stand for displaying
Remove all decorations prior to cutting and serving.
Store leftovers in air tight container in refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.

no but seriously, store treats out of direct sun and covered in box on a level surface. Store in airtight container and consume within 3-4 days or expiration date if labeled.
